Weekend and mini vacation is over and its time to switch things!  Food is all cooked,weighed and portioned, carbs are lowered, training program is in place and mind set is 100% right!  Its all there!  Now its just pushing each day as the time goes by and the planning and hard work show!  Making it happen!!!!

Wow!  Feeling it from my leg destruction yesterday!  Destroyed them to force them to grow!  Awesome!  Lol.  My quads, lower back and knees are all really sore!  Haven't hit that weight in a long time!  Last set of squats hit 495 for 5, deep in the hole!  My goal of 500 for 10 is approaching!!!!  Now getting ready to hit the hams and toast em!  Got my chicken cookin for the week! Making it happen!!!!!  OHIO!!!

Murdered my chest this morning!  Have been getting spasams all day!! Things are going to start moving even faster in a few weeks.  Europa Expo on the 30th, going to start leaning out, planning a promo event with Auburndale Beefs, posing practice, working on my posing routine and guest posing!  Phew....  Busy times ahead, but fun times!!!!  Love it!  Making it happen!!!!

End of another week!  Took yesterday off from training, and pretty much slept ALL day! Had a headache, but my body loved and needed the rest!  Back at it today and feeling good!  T-Shirt fund raiser is going good, and if you would like one, two or three, please let me know! All of you that have gotten a shirt, thank you SO much for your support, its greatly appreciated!!!  Making it happen!  OHIO here I come!!

Today was about banging weights!  Its quad day!  Banged 450lbs on squats for 3 sets of 6.  Felt good and strong!  Working on getting to 500lbs for 6 to 10.  Goal to be there in the next 5 weeks.  Then followed up with 3 sets of 15 with 315lbs and finished with 3 sets of 15 with 185lb front squats.  All these performed butt to the floor!  Last exercise was leg ext 3 sets of 15.  Love quad days!  Has the feeling of a real accomplishment when finished!  Hams will get toasted tomorrow!

Ran into a wall this past week!  That leg workout put a damper on me!  Been cashed out ever since!  Have to get back in it, legs is coming up again tuesday morning! 
This new program has all my joints hurting.  Going through some flare ups and it makes it a bit difficult to push really hard for those last couple reps.  "Pain is fuel, Train on" - Monsta Going to start taking less time between sets to ramp up the intensity, along with up my reps on most body parts!  Week 1 is almost done and so far pretty brutal! LOVE IT!!!

Having a great dinner tonight!  2 whole eggs, 5 egg whites with diced turkey whipped up into an omelet with tomatoes, spinach and a bit o cheese!  And on the side 1/2 cup oats with blueberries and cinnamon! Great dinner!!! Relaxing out on the patio, thinking of how wednesdays leg workout kicked my rear!  CJ Pisano trained with me and felt the painful glory of the new workout! Loving the new program my devious - sadistic mind sculpted for me! Tomorrow is chest/abs in the am and arms in the pm!  September is coming and I am getting ready!  OHIO!!!!  Making it happen!

It is what you make of it!  That can be applied to anything!  This morning was shoulders and I also trained my rotator cuffs, compliments of my wife!  Now its 45min of cardio and then grilled NY strip steaks, red potatoes and salad for dinner!  Its a great day!  Making it happen!

BLASTED back this morning!  Hit 3 sets of 8 with 14 plates on top halves followed by 4 sets of 8 with 185 on single arm barbell rows, then 4 sets of wide grip pull ups for 8, finished with 4 sets of 8 with 6 plates on t-bar rows!  Back is growing for sure!  Getting the thickness I need!  Tomorrow is delt day!  Making it happen!!!!!  Its almost time to start working on posing for my guest posing routine!  That will be pure fun!  Going to ROCK the house starting in June in Lakeland!

25 weeks and 170 days till the North Americans!  Quads tomorrow!  Going to get them so toasted!  Worked out my new program today and tomorrow is the final quad day of the old, so I have to beat them down and go out with a bang!  It will be intense, painful and yet so much fun!  It all starts at 6:45am!  Theme = shut up and squat.  Going to make it happen. OHIO!!

Hitting 45 min on stair master right now!  Blasted back this morning!  Hit 14 plates on top halves for 8 reps (top half part of dead lift) and got 185 on barbell single arm rows for 4 sets of 8!  Got to build that thick back!  Each day, the North Americans get closer and my training gets more intense!  Making it happen!

Today is chest and abs (heavy day). Got a good feeling that today will be a great day to increase my weights!  Going to close out the week stong!  Body is pretty sore from the week! Feels good and going to make more of it sore in just a few!  Sunday = rest day.... Ha, not here!  Time to make it happen!

Sitting in my truck, finishing my Methyl Mass EPwith the tunes cranked up thinking about how I am going to rip up my arms in just a few minutes.  Had a great nights sleep and woke up pumped and focused.  Arms right now, chest and abs later!  Methyl finished, time to make it happen!  OHIO!!!!!!

Tuesday 2-8, I finish a 6 week program where my focus was on chest and back and 3 days of cardio.
Wednesday 2-9, I begin a new 6 to 8 week program where the focus is on upper chest, arms and mid back with 3 days of cardio.
I am going to push more free weights and even less machines than the previous program.  It is time to lean out even more.  I have dropped my carbs to ½ cup with each meal.  Still eating 9 times a day and loving each and every meal! 

My final goal = IFBB North Americans in Cleveland Ohio, September 2nd and 3rd.  Going to rock the Light Heavies!
